Refund policy

Unfortunately, The Rabbit Lake Baking Co does not offer refunds at this time. All orders are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of our products. 

Damages and issues 

Please note The Rabbit Lake Baking cannot be held liable for any damages to your order upon reception. Orders that are damaged due to (i.e Melting chocolate due to high temperatures) will not be eligible for a refund. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
