Shipping policy

The Rabbit Lake Baking Co currently only ships within the province of Ontario. All orders will be shipped 2-3 days after your order is processed. You will receive an email confirmation of your order status and shipment details. 

Please note you may experience longer than usual shipping times due to the delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Local Delivery 

Orders placed online are eligible for local delivery. Local delivery is restricted to a delivery radius in and around the Toronto core neighbourhoods. Your delivery address must fall within our delivery radius in order to qualify for local delivery. 

Orders under $100.00 will be charged a flat-rate $5.00 delivery fee. 

Orders over $100.00 will be eligible for free local delivery 

Orders must be placed by 5:00 pm on Thursday to qualify for the same weekend delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for delivery the following weekend. 

All orders are delivered on Saturday+ Sunday between 12-4:00 pm.  

Apartment/Condo Deliveries 

We ask that you meet us in the lobby to receive your package. Orders will not be delivered to units. If you are not home to accept your order, your package will be left in the building lobby.

Sarnia Location Deliveries and Pick Up 

All orders placed from our Sarnia location will be pre-orders. Orders must be placed by December 4th at 6:00 pm in order to qualify for delivery on the week of December 7th.  

Pick Up - Please confirm the day and time of pick up. The pick up location will be disclosed after your order is placed. Pick up times: 

Weeknights : from 6:00pm-9:00pm 

Weekends: from 9:00am-4:00 pm
